are all these parts good to make a computer that will play games like FSX, COD4, ect.

Everything is good except the graphics card

You will lag on COD4 and any new game

If anything buy a lower one such as a 7900GS as these will outperform the low level entry of the newer generation

I would also say to get 500W to be on the safe side for future as PSU components age they begin to loose power
