What Power supply should I buy for my HP MediaCenter desktop that was surged?

During a power outage, my new HP desktop was surged and the power supply needs to be replaced.

I would get 450 or better watts - probably 480 or 550

get an atx+4 connector - not sure which connector you need the 20+4 works on both

i dont like genmax and a-power - go with one of the others
there's a huge price range at geeks - remember, you get what you pay for.

Most of the HP's will take a generic - as long as the size is standard you SHOULD be ok
