How can I lose weight before summer?
I'm 13 obviously. I weigh 148-151 lbs. I am 5'6". I go to summer camp in about two months (July 4th). I really want to make friends this year, because I usually don't because of my weight. I have already lost about 10 lbs. since January but I don't seem to be losing anymore weight. I want to be about 125-135 lbs. I eat very healthy but I could still use dieting tips. Oh, I also eat 1250 calories per day. I really need exercise tips. My problem areas are (in order of importance) 1.Stomach/Hips 2. Legs (Thighs) 2. Arms. I dance: Ballet, Hip-hop and Jazz for an hour per class. So three hours per week. I like to run and I love swimming and biking. I love stretching. PLEASE HELP ME?! I have been overweight my ENTIRE life and now is the time that I want to change that. Please, please, please help me! <3.
run everyday, no less than 2.2 miles a day! don't eat a lot of sugars or carbs! also try sit ups to slim down your side areas. and don't eat alot of junk food but don't starve yourself because that makes your body go into starvation mode and it holds onto all the fat it can.
