125v 23.3amp generator to run wellpump motor switchable 230v 9.3amp / 115v 18.6amp?

have generator 23.3amp 3000watts 125v. want it to run a well pump motor 1hp 230v 9.3amp has switch on back of motor can switch to 115v 18.6amp. generator has two 125v 20amp outlets and one 125v 30amp L5 30amp twist lock outlet. Additionally I have a 120v to 220v 3000 watt STEP UP TRANSFORMER if that is any help. I need to run the well pump once in a while during power outages. Any ideas how to run pump motor off of generator ? currently pump motor is set on 230v 9.3amp and is wired to main panel breaker two 15amp breakers.

You would need to use the 115v wiring on the pump. If you transformer makes two hot legs to make 220v it will work. Most transformers boost single leg to higher voltage at lower amperage. Your pump requires two 110v legs of opposite polarity to make 220v.
